We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Stains wash out easy with hand wash + cold water and soap.
DO NOT MACHINE WASH.

The package includes a New Shepherds hat crafted with care, a protective shipping box to ensure it arrives safely, and two New Shepherds stickers for a personal touch. Every order is securely packed for a smooth delivery.
